SoftLoomy is an independent review community. We publish real-user ratings alongside clearly labeled editorial analysis. We are not a universal customer census or a substitute for your own due diligence.

How we calculate scores

The large score on each folio is the weighted mean of the displayed rating distribution, rounded to one decimal. The review count describes the corpus represented by that distribution. We do not claim a verified customer count or a universally representative sample.

Independence and transparency

We do not sell featured placements. Companies cannot pay to remove negative reviews. When we test a service ourselves, we say so clearly. Our goal is to give context, not end the conversation.

Updates

We refresh folios when there are meaningful changes to pricing, features or policies. Publication and update dates appear on each review.
